The first few days will be a challenge but I guarantee you will feel better and see a difference in your skin within a week. 2. Use Good Skin Care Choosing a good skin care system is really important. The key is to know about ingredients, understand your skin type, and not to get suckered into buying something just because of the marketing. Good skin care usually costs more but I am always willing to pay more for a good skin care system because having healthy skin makes us feel confident and beautiful. When you compare using cheap skin care products and then having to get more facials and deal with embarrassing skin conditions, investing in a good skin care system is worth it. Plus, us mothers deserve to look and feel our best, don't you agree! 3. Eat for Beauty Certain foods can actually make you more beautiful. A raw food diet is especially good for giving you a clear complexion, shiny hair, and overall wellbeing. 4. Stay Out of the Sun Overexposure to the sun is the number one cause of aging. To prove it, just compare the skin on your butt to the skin on your face! You butt has had almost zero sun exposure and the difference is pretty obvious. The best sun protection is a big hat or umbrella because sun screen, although it does reduce exposure, contains chemicals that are not beneficial to your skin. 5. Reduce Stress in Your Life Stress causes wear and tear on your emotional state and eventually, you will see the lines on your face reflect those emotions. Practice relaxing your face muscles and thinking happy peaceful thoughts regularly, and be conscious of how you feel and how it is affecting you.
